Article 15. Special Access Lifts
§3093.50. Data Plates.
A data plate indicating the weight of the elevator, the rated speed, the suspension
means, the manufacturer's name, and the date of installation shall be installed
in a conspicuous place in the machinery area. The letters and figures on such
plates shall be not less than 1/4 in. (6.3 mm) in height.
