EMPLOYEES WORKING ON COMMERCIAL PROJECTS SHALL ALSO BE ENTITLED TO HIGH TIME PREMIUM WHENEVER THE WORK PERFORMED REQUIRES A SWINGING AND/OR PLATFORM SUSPENSION SYSTEM. THE AMOUNT OF THE PREMIUM SHALL BE AS FOLLOWS: AN ADDITIONAL $4.00 PER HOUR WHEN WORKING FROM 100 TO 180 FEET ABOVE GROUND OR WATER LEVEL AND $6.00 PER HOUR WHEN WORKING OVER 180 FEET.
