§8352. Application of These Orders.
These orders shall apply to the construction, reconditioning, rebuilding, altering, overhauling, demolition, and repairing of all ships, boats, pontoons, floating drydocks, and/or similar floating structures irrespective of type or description (exception, row boats and racing shells) at any place of employment in the State of California.
