Article 6.1 Portable Amusement Ride Fees

§ 344.18. Portable Amusement Ride Fee Schedule.

The Division shall charge a fee of two hundred and six dollars ($206.00) per hour for all work performed in connection with audits, inspections, reinspections, approvals, determinations, certifications and re-certifications, receipt and review of certificates or reports and investigations pertaining to portable amusement rides. Time shall be billed in quarter-hour increments, rounded up to the nearest quarter hour.

HISTORY
1. Renumbering of former article 6 to new article 6.1 and renumbering of former section 344.10 to new section 344.18 filed 10-30-2001; operative 10-30-2001 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4 (Register 2001, No. 44).

This filing is exempt from review by OAL pursuant to Labor Code section 7904(b). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 6-18-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
