The guidelines for determining appropriate sanctions for physicians acting
as Qualified Medical Evaluators shall be set forth in the IMC Sanction Guidelines
as adopted by the Industrial Medical Council on October 21, 1999, which shall
be deemed incorpoated by their reference as though fully set forth herein.
NOTE: The IMC Sanction Guidelines do not appear as a printed part of this Regulation.
