Subchapter 8. Garment Manufacturers
§13632. Advisory Committee.
The Labor Commissioner shall appoint a 15 member advisory committee on issues
related to employment and the enforcement of wage and hour laws in the garment
industry, which shall meet, at least semi-annually, alternately in Los Angeles
and San Francisco. Members shall serve without compensation or reimbursement for
expenses. At each meeting the Committee may authorize distribution of a publication
to be prepared by the Division of Labor Standards Enforcement, focusing on industry
practices and patterns of violations.
