Article 16. Executions and Certified Copies
§10828. Necessity for Bond.
Where a party intending to file for writ of review requests a stay of execution
or withholding issuance of a certified copy of the order, decision or award that
is the subject of the party's complaint, the request will ordinarily be granted,
conditioned upon the filing of a bond from an approved surety equivalent to twice
the probable amount of liability in the case.
