§ 10655. Subpoenas for Medical Information by Non-Physician Lien Claimants.


A lien claimant that is not either a “physician” as defined in Labor Code section 3209.3 or an entity described in Labor Code sections 4903.05(c)(7) and 4903.06(b) shall not issue any subpoena or subpoena duces tecum that seeks to obtain any medical information about an injured worker, but shall instead follow the procedure set forth in rule 10637.
