Article 36. Hoisting Equipment
§7124. Hoists at Shafts with Only One Exit.
At any mine which is entered by a shaft inclined at an angle more than 20 degrees from the horizontal, the hoist shall be a first-class hoist that complies with the standards set forth in Section 7126.
