After proceedings held in accordance with and pursuant to authority vested in Sections 142, 142.3 and 142.4 of the Labor Code to implement, interpret, or make specific, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board, by a majority vote, adopted additions, revisions or deletions to the California Code of Regulations, Title 8, Chapter 4, as follows:

  1. Title 8, Chapter 4, Subchapter 7, General Industry Safety Orders, Article 14, Sections 3465(a), 3472 and 3475, Marine Terminals.
  2. Heard at the September 21, 2000 Public Hearing; adopted on January 18, 2001; filed with the Secretary of State on March 6, 2001; and became effective on March 6, 2001.

  3. Title 8, Chapter 4, Subchapter 4, Construction Safety Orders, Article 18, Section 1629(c), Double Cleat Ladders.

    Heard at the November 16, 2000 Public Hearing; adopted on February 22, 2001; filed with the Secretary of State on March 26, 2001; and will become effective April 25, 2001.
