GENERAL PREVAILING WAGE APPRENTICE RATES

Apprentice Prevailing Wage Rates are paid only to apprentices registered with the State of California, Division of Apprenticeship Standards, for work the registered apprentice performs in his/her specific craft or trade. You may check whether an Apprentice is registered at the Division of Apprenticeship Standards Website (https://www.dir.ca.gov/DAS/appcertpw/AppCertSearch.asp)

Pursuant to Labor Code Sections 1773.1 and 1773.8 the amount paid for this employer payment may vary resulting in a lower taxable basic hourly wage rate, but the total hourly rates for straight time and overtime may not be less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages. No pension for apprentice periods 1 and 2.

OTHER -- includes SF/LMCC, National/LMCC, Industry Compliance and EISB amounts.

Effective 6/1/2025: $6.50 to be allocated to wages and/or fringes.
