GENERAL PREVAILING WAGE APPRENTICE RATES

Apprentice Prevailing Wage Rates are paid only to apprentices registered with the State of California, Division of Apprenticeship Standards, for work the registered apprentice performs in his/her specific craft or trade. You may check whether an Apprentice is registered at the Division of Apprenticeship Standards Website (https://www.dir.ca.gov/DAS/appcertpw/AppCertSearch.asp)

Includes an amount equal to 3% of the basic hourly rate for the National Electrical Benefit Fund which is factored at the applicable overtime multiplier for each overtime hour. Pursuant to Labor Code Sections 1773.1 and 1773.8 the amount paid for this employer payment may vary resulting in a lower taxable basic hourly wage rate, but the total hourly rates for straight time and overtime may not be less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages.

Vacation/Holiday included in the Basic Hourly Rate.

Effective 7/28/2025, $2.00 to be allocated to wages and/or fringes.

Effective 1/26/2026, $2.00 to be allocated to wages and/or fringes.
