Apprentice Prevailing Wage Rates are paid only to apprentices registered with the State of California, Division of Apprenticeship Standards, for work the registered apprentice performs in his/her specific craft or trade. Pension--Includes an amount equal to 3% of the Basic Hourly Rate (BHR) added to the daily and overtime rate for the NEBF. Pursuant to Labor Code Sections 1773.1 and 1773.8, the amount paid for the employer payment may vary resulting in a lower taxable Basic Hourly Rate, but the Total Hourly Rates for Straight Time and Overtime may not be less than the general prevailing rate of per diem wages.
Other--Includes amounts for Labor Management Cooperation Committee Fund and Manpower Development Trust.

Effective 6/3/2024: $2.50 to be allocated to wages and/or employer payments.
Effective 6/2/2025: $2.00 to be allocated to wages and/or employer payments.
Effective 6/1/2026: $2.00 to be allocated to wages and/or employer payments.
Effective 6/7/2027: $2.00 to be allocated to wages and/or employer payments.
