THE 3RD AND 4TH MAY BE A TRADESMAN. THE 5TH MUST BE A LANDSCAPE/IRRIGATION FITTER AND THEREAFTER TRADESMEN WILL BE REFERRED ON A 50-50 BASIS, TO JOURNEYMAN OR APPRENTICE.
