ERECTION, AND DISMANTLING OF TOWER CRANES

Amend Section 4966(a)(1) to read:

§ 4966. Erection, Dismantling and Operation.
(a) Erection and Dismantling.
(1) The erection, climbing (up and down) and dismantling of a tower crane shall be performed as recommended by and under the supervision of a certified agent’s representative experienced in the erection and dismantling of this equipment comply with the requirements of Title 8, Section 341.1(b)(2).
