Pursuant to the requirements of the Executive Order, the Board is specifically interested in seeking oral or written comments in the following areas:
Please note that the objective of this review is not to reduce occupational safety and health in the workplace. Rather, the objective is to review current regulations for necessity, cost effectiveness or needed changes.
Your participation in the Sunset Review of Title 8 regulations and the Public Meeting process is both welcome and appreciated. In the interest of planning, the Board is requesting that persons wishing to address the Board regarding the above-referenced safety orders, contact the Board Secretary, DeDe Lind, at (9l6) 322-3640 no later than July 10, 1998. In addition, any written comments should also be submitted to the address listed above prior to that same date. This will afford staff and the Board Members an opportunity to review the material prior to the Public Meeting and formulate questions, if necessary.
If you have any specific questions regarding this matter, please contact John D. MacLeod, Executive Officer at (9l6) 322-3640.
