B. PROPOSED PETITION DECISIONS FOR ADOPTION

    Petitioner requested the Board to make a recommended revision to
    Electrical Safety Orders, Section 2530.43 with regard to automatic
    restarting of motors on machines and equipment.

ACTIONS TAKEN: Adopted by unanimous vote.

2. Art Murray, International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, IBEW,
    AFL-CIO, Local Union 1245, (Petition No. 398). Petitioner requested
    the Board amend Electrical Safety Orders, Section 2941(f)(1)(A) with
    regard to Work on or in proximity to overhead high voltage lines,
    specifically the use of a dedicated and trained ground observer.
