The Securing of Loads Prior to Release from Cranes and Other Hoisting Apparatus

No further modifications to the information contained in the Initial Statement of Reasons are proposed as a result of the 15-Day Notice of Proposed Modifications mailed on April 23, 2001. Therefore, the factual basis and necessity for the regulations remain as described in the Final Statement of Reasons.
