2000 PROPOSED RULEMAKING SCHEDULED FOR UPCOMING PUBLIC
HEARINGS
Pursuant to Government Code Section 11346.4 and the provisions of Labor
Code Sections 142.1, 142.2, and 142.3, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board
has set the time and place for a Public Hearing. At the Public Hearing, the Board will
consider public testimony on the proposed changes noticed below to occupational safety and
