B. PROPOSED PETITION DECISIONS FOR ADOPTION

        Petitioner requested the Board to make recommended revisions to the
        California code of Regulations, Title 8, Group III of the Elevator Safety
        Orders, Article 23, Section 3123 with regard to roped sidewalk elevators.

ACTIONS TAKEN: Adopted by unanimous vote.
