B. PROPOSED PETITION DECISIONS FOR ADOPTION

1. John "Eric" Pearce, (Petition No. 421)
Petitioner requested the Board to amend Title 8, California Code of Regulations General Industry Safety Orders, Section 3282(p)(1)(B) and 3296 with regard to load testing of building devices utilized in window cleaning and penalties for building owners concerning window cleaning operations.

ACTIONS TAKEN: Adopted by unanimous vote.

2. Gerry Daley and Gena Stinnett, (Petition No. 422)
Petitioners requested the Board to adopt a new safety order regarding microwave mast safety for workers engaged in electronic news gathering (ENG).

ACTIONS TAKEN: Postponed until January 18, 2001 Business Meeting at Petitioner's request.
