Petitioner requested the Board to amend the Construction Safety Orders, Section 1523 with regard to minimum illumination intensities.

(Adopted at the July 18, 2002 Business Meeting in Los Angeles)

Petitioner requested the Board to amend Title 8, California Code of Regulations, Section 4968(d)(1) of the General Industry Safety Orders (GISO) regarding the requirement for limit devices on tower cranes that provide predeceleration of the hook before top and bottom positions are reached.
