Petitioner requested the Board to make recommended changes to California Code of Regulations, Title 8, General Industry Safety Orders, Article 7, regarding practices and equipment (for winches mounted on motor vehicles to be equipped with level winders).ACTIONS TAKEN: Adopted by unanimmous vote.
2. Carl J. White & Associates, Inc., (Petition No. 406)
Petitioner requested the Board to make recommended changes to California Code of Regulations, Title 8, Elevator Safety Orders, Article 13, Regarding escalators to include a requirement that the strength or stiffness on the skirt panel be increased over the current ASME A17.1 standard.ACTIONS TAKEN: Adopted by unanimmous vote.
3. Carl J. White & Associates, (Petition No. 407)
