After proceedings held in accordance with and pursuant to authority vested in Sections 142, 142.3 and 142.4 of the Labor Code to implement, interpret, or make specific, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board, by a majority vote, adopted additions, revisions or deletions to the California Code of Regulations, Title 8, Chapter 4, as follows:

1. Title 8, General Industry Safety Orders, Sections 3207 and 3999(c), Conveyor Crossovers.  Heard at the September 16, 1999, Public Hearing; adopted on January 20, 2000; filed with the Secretary of State on February 17, 2000; and will become effective on March 18, 2000.
