B. PROPOSED PETITION DECISIONS FOR ADOPTION

1. Mr. Dennis O. Jones, Chairman, Pile Drivers Local 2375, (Petition No. 410) Petitioner requested the Board repeal the language in subsection 1600(a) and replace it with federal language for pile driving equipment in 29 CFR 1926.603(a)(5). Petitioner also requested the Board adopt, with a minor, change, the requirement pertaining to pile driving operations and equipment in 29 CFR 1926.603(c)(5).

Mr. Rod Hurd, Business Representative, Pile Drivers Local 2375, (Petition No. 413) Petitioner requested the Board repeal the language in subsection 1600(a) and replace it with federal language for pile driving equipment in 29 CFR 1926.603(a)(5). Petitioner also requested the Board adopt, with a minor change, the requirement pertaining to pile driving operations and equipment in CFR 1926.603(c)(5).

ACTIONS TAKEN: Adopted by unanimous vote.

2. Mr. Gregory R. Cooper, (Petition No. 412) Petitioner requested the Board amend Title 8, California Code of Regulations, Section 1715 of the Construction Safety Orders, concerning safety provisions for adjustment of tilt-up concrete panels after initial placement and bracing.

Ms. Sherry DeMarais, (Petition No. 414) Petitioner requested the Board amend Title 8, California Code of Regulations, Section 1715 of the Construction Safety Orders, concerning safety provisions for adjustment of tilt-up concrete panels after initial placement and bracing.

ACTIONS TAKEN: Adopted by unanimous vote.
