      C.    PROPOSED PETITION DECISIONS FOR ADOPTION

1. Beverly Swanson, Spokesperson, Licensee Tavern
        Owners United for Fairness, (Petition No. 394).
        Petitioner requested the Board adopt a new air quality
        standard to allow smoking in bars and taverns.

     ACTIONS TAKEN: Withdrawn by the Petitioner. No vote taken.

2. Greg Walker, Otis Elevator Company, (Petition No. 396)
        Petitioner requested the Board amend Elevator Safety Orders,
        Pertaining to screening of elevators in hoistways with two or
        more elevators.

      ACTIONS TAKEN: Adopted by unanimous vote.
