PROPOSED RULEMAKING SCHEDULED FOR UPCOMING PUBLIC HEARINGS

Pursuant to Government Code Section 11346.4 and the provisions of Labor Code Sections 142.1, 142.2, and 142.3, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board has set the time and place for a Public Hearing.   1. Title 8, Chapter 4, Subchapter 7, General Safety Orders, Article 59, Section 4322, Speed Circular Saw Blades.

    Heard at the March 16, 2000, Public Hearing; adopted on May 11, 2000; filed with the Secretary of State on June 7, 2000; and became effective on July 7, 2000.
