NOTICE OF REGULATIONS APPROVED
After proceedings held in accordance with and pursuant to authority vested in Sections 142, 142.3 and 142.4 of the Labor Code to implement, interpret, or make specific, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board, by a majority vote, adopted additions, revisions or deletions to the California Code of Regulations, Title 8, Chapter 4, as follows:
1. Title 8, Construction Safety Orders, Section 1676 , Job-Made Ladders.
Heard at the September 16, 1999, Public Hearing; adopted on November 18, 1999; filed
with the Secretary of State on January 3, 2000 and will become effective on February 2,
2000.
2. Title 8, Elevator Safety Orders, Section 3040(b)(5) Passenger Elevators Emergency Stop Switch/In-Car Stop Switch.
Heard at the March 18, 1999, Public Hearing; adopted on August 19, 1999; filed with the Secretary of State on January 11, 2000 and will become effective on February 10, 2000.
