BULL FLOATS
Amend Section 1698 to read:
§ 1698. Concrete and Masonry Equipment.

(c) Handles on bull floats shall be constructed of nonmetallic and
nonconductive material.
Bull float handles, which could come in contact with energized electrical conductors, shall
be constructed of nonconductive material or insulated with a nonconductive sheath whose electrical and mechanical characteristics provide the equivalent protection of a handle constructed of nonconductive material.
