Pursuant to Government code Section 11126(a), the Committee will discuss personnel matters.

Review of candidates' qualifications.

    2.

Review of recruitment process.

    3.

Modification of recruitment process, if needed.

    4.

Determination of further action to be taken and the time and place for same.

    5.

Determine and/or make offer of employment, as appropriate.
