To consider proposed amendments to Title 8, General Industry Safety Orders, Section 5155, with regard to airborne contaminants, specifically permissible exposure limits for Glutaraldehyde. |

Pursuant to Government Code Section 11346.4 and the provisions of Labor Code Sections 142.1, 142.2, and 142.3, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board has set the time and place for a Public Hearing. At the Public Hearing, the Board will consider public testimony on the proposed changes noticed below to occupational safety and health regulations in Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations.
