Section 3649. Definitions.
This section contains definitions of terminology contained in Article 25 in conjunction with regulations which pertain to industrial trucks, tractors, haulage vehicles and earthmoving equipment. A revision is proposed to add language to the existing definition for "High-Lift Truck" which specifies that the definition includes riderless high-lift industrial trucks.

The proposal will merely clarify to the employer that riderless as well as rider high-lift straddle trucks are subject to the applicable regulations of Article 25.
