amendments to Title 8 Reform Project with regard to Subchapter 3.
Agriculture. The proposed amendments to the organization and order
of Chapter 4 are the result of the implementation of Reform Element
#1 of the Title 8 Reform Project, to create a new subchapter consisting
of standards for agricultural operations. |

Proposed rulemaking scheduled for upcoming public hearings
Pursuant to Government Code section 11346.4 and the provisions of Labor
Code sections 142.1, 142.2, and 142.3, the Occupational Safety and Health
Standards Board has set the time and place for a public hearing. At the
public hearing, the board will consider public testimony on the proposed
changes noticed below to occupational safety and health regulations in
Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations.
