monthly, provides a means for discussing issues related to the Cal/OSHA program.

weeks in advance of the meeting.

PROPOSED RULEMAKING SCHEDULED FOR UPCOMING PUBLIC HEARINGS
Pursuant to Government Code Section 11346.4 and the provisions of Labor Code Sections 142.1, 142.2, and 142.3, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board has set the time and place for a Public Hearing. At the Public Hearing, the Board will consider public testimony on the proposed changes noticed below to occupational safety and health regulations in Title 8 of the California Code of Regulations.

NOTICE OF REGULATIONS APPROVED
After proceedings held in accordance with and pursuant to authority vested in Sections 142, 142.3 and 142.4 of the Labor Code to implement, interpret, or make specific, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board, by a majority vote, adopted additions, revisions or deletions to the California Code of Regulations, Title 8, Chapter 4, as follows:
1. Title 8, Chapter 4, Subchapter 4, Construction Safety Orders, Article 29,
Section 1716.1(f)(1), Approval of Structural Wood Framing System Erection Plans.
Heard at the August 17, 2000, Public Hearing; adopted on December 14, 2000; filed with the Secretary of State on January 29, 2001; and will become effective on February 28, 2001.
2. Title 8, Chapter 4, Subchapter 7, General Industry Safety Orders, Article 15, Section 3482, Bulk Storage of Loose Material.
Heard at the September 21, Public Hearing; adopted on January 18, 2001; filed with the Secretary of State on February 8, 2001; and will become effective on March 10, 2001.
