Notice of advisory committee meetings
The Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board hereby gives notice
that the following subjects will be considered by ad hoc advisory committees
convened to consider revisions to Cal/OSHA safety orders in Title 8 of
the California Code of Regulations.

Proposed rulemaking scheduled for upcoming public
hearings
Pursuant to Government Code Section 11346.4 and the
provisions of Labor Code Sections 142.1, 142.2, and
142.3, the Occupational Safety and Health Standards
Board has set the time and place for a Public Hearing.
At the Public Hearing, the Board will consider public
testimony on the proposed changes noticed below to
occupational safety and health regulations in Title 8 of
the California Code of Regulations.

interpret, or make specific, the Occupational Safety and Health
Standards Board, by a majority vote, adopted additions, revisions
or deletions to the California Code or Regulations, Title 8, Chapter
4, as follows:

Heard at the January 15, 2004, Public Hearing; adopted on February
