Summary of Webcor Builders - decision after reconsideration

Employer was cited for a general violation of section 1670(a) [personal fall protection] where it was alleged that an employee was working at the leading edge of a forming table, into which concrete was poured, used in the construction of the 10th floor of a building, when the employee fell to the floor below. The Division presented no evidence to establish that the employee was working at the leading edge of the forming table prior to the accident. Employer’s appeal was granted
