Summary of Ameripride Uniform – Decision After Reconsideration
         

Employer’s appeal was dismissed after Employer failed to appear at a hearing.  Employer petitioned for reconsideration.  After seeking additional information from Employer regarding the circumstances of the failure to appear, the Board held that the facts did not support reinstatement of the appeal and affirmed the Order Dismissing Appeal.
