Summary of Cox Communications – Decision After Reconsideration The Board reversed a decision by an ALJ.  The Board found the employer had acted with reasonable diligence and reported a serious accident to the Division within 8 hours of learning an employee had been seriously injured.  Title 8, California Code of Regulations, section 342(a).
