Notice is given that any interested person may comment in writing on the proposed changes in the 15-Day Notice of Proposed modifications.

Written comments should be mailed to the address provided in the 15 day notice or submitted by fax to (916) 274-5785 or e-mailed to oshab@dir.ca.gov. Written comments on the changes contained in the 15-day Notice must be received by 5:00 p.m. on July 2, 2007.
