Summary of Douglas E. Barnhart, Inc. - DAR

Employer got a contract to remodel three schools within 2.1 miles or 6 minutes of one another and posted its Code of Safe Practices only in an office it had at one of the schools. The supervisors at the other schools did not have copies. The Board held that there was a violation of section 1509(c) for not having the code of safe practices posted at each school. The Board found that the schools were separate job sites and that the supervisor at each site must have the code readily available.
