On April 27, 2001, the Occupational Safety and Health Appeals Board (Board) issued a Decision After Reconsideration in the above-entitled matter. The Decision contains an error. By this Errata to the Decision, the Board corrects the Decision After Reconsideration as follows:

Following “FINDINGS AND REASONS FOR DECISION AFTER RECONSIDERATION on page 3 the first sentence should read.

The Division Did Present Sufficient Evidence to Support a Violation of Section 4353(h).

This Errata to the Decision After Reconsideration relates back to the issuance date of April 27, 2001.
