Employer was on vacation when a citation was served on the business and received by the corporate attorney. Because Employer was on vacation when its attorney received the citation it did not communicate with its attorney and filed the appeal late. The Board held that the circumstances of this case did not raise to the level of good cause for filing a late filed appeal.
