The Division cited Employer under section 3203(a)(7) for failing to train an employee to cut meat with a band saw safely. The Board finds that Employer’s relevant reconsideration contentions were considered and dealt with appropriately by the ALJ and thereby adopts the portions of the decision before the Board in their entirety. The ALJ decision finding a violation is affirmed.
