Summary of Ancon Marine, Inc. - DENIAL

Employer's petition for reconsideration says that Employer "is in disagreement with the results and interpretation of the facts on our last hearing" and requests a "detailed review of the facts already presented by using the same evidence." The Board reviews Labor Code sections 6616, 6617 and Title 8, CCR section 391 and concludes that Employer failed to raise any ground warranting reconsideration. Employer seems to challenge the ALJ's witness credibility determinations, but they are entitled to great weight unless opposed by evidence of considerable weight (Lamb v. Workmen's Compensation Appeals Board 1974 11 C 3d 274), and Employer did not identify such opposing evidence.
