L  ALL OF SANTA CRUZ, MONTEREY, AND SAN BENITO COUNTIES WITHIN TWENTY-FIVE (25) AIR-MILES OF HIGHWAY 1 AND DOLAN ROAD IN MOSS LANDING, AND AN AREA
   EXTENDING FIVE (5) MILES EAST AND WEST OF HIGHWAY 101 SOUTH TO THE SAN LUIS OBISPO COUNTY LINE.  FOR WAGE RATES IN AN AREA OUTSIDE OF THIS
   DESCRIPTION, PLEASE CONTACT THE DIVISION OF LABOR STATISTICS AND RESEARCH.
M  CONTRIBUTION IS FACTORED AT THE APPLICABLE OVERTIME MULTIPLIER FOR EACH OVERTIME HOUR WORKED.
N  CONTRIBUTION IS FACTORED AT THE APPLICABLE OVERTIME MULTIPLIER FOR EACH OVERTIME HOUR WORKED. IN ADDITION, AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO 3% OF THE HOURLY RATE IS
