A  IN ADDITION, AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO 3% OF THE  BASIC HOURLY RATE IS ADDED TO THE TOTAL HOURLY RATE AND OVERTIME HOURLY RATES FOR THE NATIONAL EMPLOYEES
   BENEFIT BOARD.
B  INCLUDED IN STRAIGHT-TIME HOURLY RATE.
C  AMOUNT IS FOR NATIONAL LABOR MANAGEMENT COOPERATION COMMITTEE ($0.01), LOCAL LABOR MANAGEMENT COOPERATION COMMITTEE ($0.05), AND ADMIN. MAINTENANCE
   FUND($0.10).
D  8 HOURS PAY FOR 7.5 HOURS WORKED AT THE STRAIGHT TIME BASIC HOURLY RATE
E  RATE APPLIES TO THE FIRST 2 DAILY OVERTIME HOURS AND TO THE FIRST 10 HOURS WORKED ON SATURDAYS. ALL OTHER TIME IS PAID AT THE SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY
   OVERTIME HOURLY RATE.
F  DISREGARD THIS RATE.  USE THE SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY NON-SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL RATE FOR THIS CLASSIFICATION AS PUBLISHED IN THE DIRECTOR'S GENERAL PREVAILING
   WAGE DETERMINATIONS.
G  8 HOURS PAY FOR 7 HOURS WORKED AT THE STRAIGHT TIME BASIC HOURLY RATE.
