A  IN ADDITION, AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO 3% OF THE  BASIC HOURLY RATE IS ADDED TO THE TOTAL HOURLY RATE AND OVERTIME HOURLY RATES FOR THE NATIONAL EMPLOYEES
   BENEFIT BOARD.
B  DISREGARD THIS RATE. USE THE SATURDAY NON-SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL RATE FOR THIS CLASSIFICATION AS PUBLISHED IN THE DIRECTOR'S GENERAL PREVAILING WAGE
   DETERMINATIONS.
C  DISREGARD THIS RATE. USE THE SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY NON-SHIFT DIFFERENTIAL RATE FOR THIS CLASSIFICATION AS PUBLISHED IN THE DIRECTOR'S GENERAL PREVAILING
   WAGE DETERMINATIONS.
D  CONTRIBUTION IS FACTORED AT THE APPLICABLE OVERTIME MULTIPLIER FOR EACH OVERTIME HOUR WORKED.
E  RATE APPLIES TO THE FIRST 4 DAILY OVERTIME HOURS AND THE FIRST 12 HOURS WORKED ON SATURDAY; ALL OTHER TIME IS PAID AT THE SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY NON-SHIFT
   OVERTIME HOURLY RATE.
F  THE CORRECT SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY RATE IS $68.48.  SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY OVERTIME IS BASED ON SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY  NON-SHIFT OVERTIME HOURLY RATE.
G  THE CORRECT SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY RATE IS $74.57.  SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY OVERTIME IS BASED ON SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY  NON-SHIFT OVERTIME HOURLY RATE.
H  THE CORRECT SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY RATE IS $58.77.  SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY OVERTIME IS BASED ON SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY  NON-SHIFT OVERTIME HOURLY RATE.
