&  THE BASIC HOURLY RATE AND EMPLOYER PAYMENTS ARE NOT TAKEN FROM A COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT FOR THIS CRAFT OR CLASSIFICATION.

B  INCLUDES AN AMOUNT FOR NEBF THAT IS FACTORED AT THE APPLICABLE OT RATE.
C  8 HOURS PAY FOR 7.5 HOURS WORKED AT THE STRAIGHT TIME BASIC HOURLY RATE

I  RATE APPLIES TO THE FIRST 2 DAILY OVERTIME HOURS AND THE FIRST 10 HOURS ON SATURDAY; ALL OTHER TIME IS PAID AT THE SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY OVERTIME HOURLY
   RATE.
J  SATURDAYS IN THE SAME WORK WEEK MAY BE WORKED AT STRAIGHT-TIME IF JOB IS SHUT DOWN DURING THE NORMAL WORKWEEK DUE TO INCLEMENT WEATHER.
K  THE CORRECT SUNDAY AND HOLIDAY RATE IS $46.18.
L  SATURDAY MAY BE WORKED AT STRAIGHT-TIME RATE, PROVIDED THAT THE HOURS DO NOT EXCEED 8 HOURS PER DAY OR 40 HOURS PER WEEK.
M  INCLUDES AMOUNT FOR VAC/HOL AND DUES CHECK OFF.
N  INCLUDES AMOUNT WITHHELD FOR DUES CHECK OFF AND ADMINISTRATIVE DUES.
