Pursuant to section 11346.8(c) of the California Government Code and section 44 of the
California Code of Regulations, the Industrial Medical Council is providing notice of
changes made to the proposed regulations in section 46. These changes are in response to
comments received regarding the proposed regulations.
If you have any comments regarding the proposed changes, the Industrial Medical Council
will accept written comments until November 17, 2003. All written comments must be
submitted to the Industrial Medical Council no later than 5:00 p.m. on November 17, 2003
and should be addressed to:
