DWC issues 15-day notice for revisions to spinal surgery second opinion emergency regulations

A 15-day notice of modification to spinal surgery second opinion emergency regulations has been distributed to interested parties and posted to the DWC web site. Members of the public may comment on the revisions until 5 p.m. Thursday, October 28, 2004.
